I have been coming to Smith and Smith for over 10 years, initially I always saw George, who was (and still is) brilliant at knowing what suits me and she did colours, cuts, re-styles whenever the mood took. In recent visits I have seen Fran, who is again a great stylist, lovely friendly nature, shows a genuine interest in the conversation and cuts and colours my hair well. I often pop in for a quick fringe trim and it Is never a problem and whoever does it never treats me any differently to a customer coming for a full cut, always pays an interest and is really friendly.
